ikou 3rd Season 純米吟醸

Young employees Ishii (i), Kaname (k), Okawa (o), and Urakami (u) raised their hands and started the Young Sake Project in 2022. The brand "ikou" was named after the initials of the four employees' surnames. The consistent theme of the ikou brand is "a moment of relaxation." This is a new sake brewed by four people with different company histories and brewing experience throughout Toa Shuzo's long history.
